Third-quarter earnings dates are converging for three listed companies: GrowGeneration and B&G Foods will report results on November 10, before Digimarc holds a call to discuss results for the period ended September 30 on November 12. GrowGeneration said it will release results for the quarter ended September 30 after the market closes on November 10, followed by a live call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. B&G Foods also announced it will release results after the market closes that day, with a call at 4:30 p.m. Digimarc will release results before its November 12 call, scheduled for 5 p.m. Eastern Time, or 2 p.m. Pacific Time. The schedule places all three companies’ results within one week, with Digimarc’s date two days after the other two.

GrowGeneration’s reporting date follows three consecutive quarters of year-over-year sales growth, and the company said its business-to-business operations drove the increase in the second quarter. The share of its owned brands also rose to 39.7% of net sales in its agriculture and gardening segments in the second quarter, compared with 32.0% in the same period of 2025. The company attributed improved profitability to continued cost reductions and a higher contribution from those brands. These indicators put November’s report to a dual test: tracking sales growth and assessing whether operational moves translated into profitability. Results for the quarter ended September 30 will be the first announced update since these quarterly indicators.

At B&G Foods, second-quarter results showed net sales of $383.3 million, down 9.7% from the second quarter of 2025, while adjusted diluted earnings per share were $0.06, up 50.0%, and the company recorded a net loss of $4.0 million. The company maintained its fiscal 2026 guidance, setting a net sales range of $1.735 billion to $1.775 billion and an adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization range of $275.0 million to $290.0 million. It said quarterly results were affected by the sale of its U.S. frozen vegetables business under the Green Giant brand, which was completed on March 2, 2026, and its acquisition of the College Inn and Kitchen Basics brands, which was completed on March 19. CEO Rob Mills and CFO Bruce Wacha are scheduled to host the earnings call on November 10. The new results will provide a subsequent reading on sales performance after the year-over-year decline recorded in the second quarter, and on the guidance the company reaffirmed.

Digimarc heads into its reporting date after second-quarter revenue fell to $7.4 million from $8.0 million in the corresponding period of 2025, while subscription revenue declined to $3.7 million from $4.6 million. Annual recurring revenue at the end of June also fell to $11.6 million from $15.9 million at the end of June 2025. The company attributed the decline primarily to the expiration in October 2025 of a commercial contract that represented $3.1 million in annual recurring revenue, and to a June 2026 reduction in the scope of another contract equivalent to $2.6 million. This was partly offset by net additions of $1.5 million from new and existing contracts. CEO Paul Carreiro said that “early indicators are beginning to show that our renewed focus on execution and discipline is paying off,” pointing to the pipeline in the retail and consumer packaged goods sectors. Carreiro and CFO Charles Beck will lead the November 12 call to discuss results for the quarter ended September 30.

The three companies’ shares closed the October 27 session at $1.47 for GrowGeneration, $2.08 for B&G Foods and $7.89 for Digimarc. These prices precede the results announcements scheduled for November, and available data do not include a daily range for B&G Foods shares. On November 10, GrowGeneration will release results after the market closes, as will B&G Foods, with both companies holding calls at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Two days later, Digimarc will hold its call at 5 p.m. Eastern Time, after releasing results. The disclosures will focus on the companies’ third-quarter results, while B&G Foods maintained its announced fiscal 2026 guidance.
