Parsons and Aon set Oct. 28, 2026, as the date for reporting third-quarter results, according to company statements. Parsons said it will release results before the market opens, then hold a conference call at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time. Aon will issue its results release at 6:30 a.m., with its call scheduled from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. The timing puts both companies’ results on investors’ agenda the same day. The announcements follow second-quarter results that showed differing paths in earnings and full-year guidance.

In the second quarter of 2026, Aon’s adjusted earnings per share rose 9% to $3.81, from $3.49 in the same period of 2025, the company said. By contrast, reported diluted net earnings per share fell to $2.58 from $2.66, a decline of 3%. Aon reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 guidance in July, projecting organic revenue growth in the mid-single digits or higher. It also maintained its target of expanding adjusted operating margin by 70 to 80 basis points and double-digit free cash flow growth. The third-quarter results will be its first update on performance since reaffirming that guidance.

Parsons, meanwhile, reported revenue of $1.6 billion in the second quarter, down 1% year over year, according to its published results. The company reported a net loss of $15 million, compared with a year-over-year decline of $70 million in net income. The company attributed the impact to losses and costs related to portfolio-shaping actions and a joint venture. In July, it cut its 2026 revenue outlook to $6.2–$6.5 billion from $6.5–$6.8 billion. It also lowered its adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization outlook to $500–$560 million from $615–$675 million.

Parsons will release results on Oct. 28 before the market opens, while its call begins at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time, according to an investor-relations statement. On the same day, Aon will announce results at 6:30 a.m. Eastern time, ahead of a call running from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Aon’s results will test its full-year guidance, which affirmed organic revenue growth, margin expansion and free cash flow growth. Parsons’ figures will follow its July cuts to its revenue and adjusted earnings ranges. Both companies are scheduled to disclose details in their releases and earnings calls that morning.
