KFin Technologies reported operating revenue of 4,018 million rupees in the second quarter of fiscal 2027, up 29.9% year over year, according to the company’s investor presentation. Operating revenue was 3,092.3 million rupees in the second quarter of fiscal 2026. Chief Executive and Managing Director Srikant Nadella said revenue grew 30% annually. He attributed the performance to strong new wins across the company’s segments and the expansion of its international business. He added that momentum in the domestic public markets remained limited, putting the disparity between international business and the domestic market at the center of the results reading.

EBITDA rose to 1,610.3 million rupees, up 18.7% year over year, according to the company’s presentation. The metric’s growth was below the 29.9% annual increase in operating revenue. EBITDA margin was 40.1%, compared with 43.9% in the same period a year earlier. It improved from 34.2% in the first quarter of fiscal 2027. The quarterly comparison shows a margin improvement, while it remained below its level a year earlier. Net sales from services were 3,941.7 million rupees, up 30.9% from 3,010.7 million rupees in the second quarter of fiscal 2026.

International investor solutions and others stood out as sources of growth, with revenue in the category rising 157.9% year over year in the second quarter of fiscal 2027, according to the company’s stock exchange disclosures. Excluding revenue from Ascent Fund Services, the category grew 20.9%. Ascent Fund Services’ own revenue rose 31.3% year over year. The figures align with the chief executive’s reference to the expansion of international business as one of the performance drivers. He also said the company secured new wins across its segments. By contrast, he described momentum in the domestic public markets as limited.

The results came as the company’s activity coincided with the Jio Platforms IPO, which closed on 23 October with total subscription of 22.19 times, against 19,75,25,934 shares on offer, according to Business Upturn’s coverage. KFin’s portal enabled investors to check share allotment on 27 October, the same coverage said. Trading data showed the company’s stock closed at 829 rupees on 26 October, up 3.75% for the session, after falling 5.15% on 23 October. The company announced that an earnings discussion call would be held on 27 October 2026. Nadella said the company had strengthened its sales pipeline, which would support the coming quarters. The disclosure did not specify another date beyond the earnings call and the second-half fiscal-year plan.

The company said it is focused in the second half of fiscal 2027 on disciplined execution, expanding its international business and investing in artificial intelligence platforms. Nadella added that the sales pipeline had strengthened and that the company expects this to support the coming quarters. The strategy puts international expansion among management’s priorities for the remainder of the fiscal year. The chief executive’s comments also link new wins and the expansion of international business with revenue growth. These priorities come as he described domestic public-market momentum as limited. The company is scheduled to discuss its second-quarter results on a call on 27 October 2026.
