Park Dental to Report Third-Quarter Results on Nov. 12 After Market Close
Key Facts
Park Dental Partners set Nov. 12, 2026, after the market close, to report results for the quarter ended Sept. 30, according to a company statement published via GlobeNewswire. It will hold a call to discuss the results the following day, Friday, Nov. 13, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time, or 7:30 a.m. Central time. Alamo Group will hold a call to discuss its results on Tuesday, Nov. 3, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time, according to its announcement via PR Newswire. The different dates give investors two windows to follow the performance of U.S. companies during the third-quarter earnings season. The reports follow second-quarter results that showed revenue growth at both companies, alongside a year-over-year decline in Park Dental’s net income.
Park Dental’s prior results provide one point to watch in the coming report: second-quarter revenue rose 5.1% to $66.2 million, from $63.0 million in the same quarter of 2025, while net income fell to $1.3 million from $2.6 million. The company said revenue growth was driven mainly by acquisitions completed since the comparable periods, improving reimbursement trends and an increase in clinical hours. It added that acquisitions completed during the preceding twelve months contributed about $1.3 million to quarterly revenue. At the same time, gross margin fell to 14.4% from 18.9% a year earlier. Park Dental attributed the effect on gross profit to higher salaries and benefits, including stock-based compensation for doctors related to the company’s transition to a public company.
Alamo Group reported second-quarter net sales of $450.7 million, up 7.6% from the same quarter of 2025. Net income was $30.9 million, or $2.55 a diluted share, compared with $31.1 million and $2.57 a share a year earlier. Part of the sales growth came from the Industrial Equipment Division, where sales rose 12.8% to $271.6 million. The company said the increase reflected organic demand and a contribution from Petersen following its acquisition. Commenting on performance, Chief Executive Robert Hureau said, "End-market conditions remain mixed, and our teams continue to focus on operational improvement." The results provide context for assessing third-quarter performance, particularly the trajectory of industrial sales and income.
On financing, Alamo Group renewed its credit facility in May 2026, retaining $602.5 million in committed borrowing capacity. The arrangement includes a $400 million revolving credit facility and a $202.5 million term loan. At Park Dental, a live webcast of the results call will be available by registration or through the investor relations section of the company’s website. The company will also make a replay available on its website for a limited time after the call ends. The calls close out the reporting process by giving investors an opportunity to follow management’s discussion of the results.
The companies’ dates fall within a week that includes a Federal Open Market Committee meeting on Oct. 27 and 28, 2026, with the decision due on the second day. The Federal Reserve raised its target rate range to 3.75%–4.00% on Sept. 16. The university said concerns about purchasing power dominated the reading, which moved sideways. Alamo Group shares closed at $146.18 and Park Dental Partners shares at $19.85 on Oct. 23. The upcoming dates begin with Alamo Group’s results and call on Nov. 3, followed by Park Dental’s report on Nov. 12 and its call the next day.
