AceVector Raises Q2 Revenue 17% to Rs 151.2 Crore as Losses Widen

Key Facts

1AceVector’s operating revenue in the second quarter was Rs 151.2 crore, up 17% year on year and 13% quarter on quarter.
2The second-quarter net loss widened 116% year on year to Rs 16.2 crore, but fell 37% quarter on quarter.
3The adjusted EBITDA loss was Rs 26.9 crore in the first half, compared with Rs 9.3 crore a year earlier.

In contrast, the company’s net loss widened 116% year on year to Rs 16.2 crore, from Rs 7.5 crore in the corresponding quarter of fiscal 2026. But it narrowed the loss 37% quarter on quarter, after reporting Rs 25.5 crore in the first quarter of fiscal 2027. The results put revenue growth alongside continued pressure on profitability.

AceVector’s total expenses rose 22% year on year to Rs 168.7 crore in the second quarter, exceeding operating revenue for the period. Logistics was the largest expense item, with costs rising 20% year on year to Rs 71.4 crore. In its investor presentation, the company attributed its first-half adjusted EBITDA loss to targeted marketing investments ahead of the festive season, temporary logistics cost pressures at Snapdeal, and investment in Unicommerce to support its long-term growth. The consolidated adjusted loss on this measure was Rs 26.9 crore in the first half, compared with Rs 9.3 crore a year earlier. The company said, "Profitability during the period reflected targeted marketing investments ahead of the festive season and temporary logistics cost pressures at Snapdeal, alongside investments in Unicommerce to support long-term growth."

At the business-unit level, Snapdeal revenue rose 15% year on year to Rs 164.4 crore in the first half of fiscal 2027. Unicommerce posted a similar 15% increase, with revenue rising to Rs 110.4 crore from Rs 96.3 crore in the first half of fiscal 2026. Unicommerce also added 121 enterprise customers in the second quarter, compared with 103 in the same period a year earlier. Across the first half, new customer additions totaled 236, up from 191 a year earlier. The figures reflect revenue growth at both units and higher customer additions at Unicommerce, while group costs and losses remained part of the results picture.

AceVector said festive-season purchases are concentrated in the third quarter of fiscal 2027 this year, after being concentrated in the second quarter of fiscal 2026 last year. The shift changes the timing of seasonal activity between the comparison periods, and the company included it in the context of its results. Management said it expects Unicommerce’s profitability to improve in the second half of fiscal 2027 as incremental investments moderate and revenue growth contributes to operating leverage. The company said, "Festive-season purchases are concentrated in the third quarter of fiscal 2027 this year, compared with the second quarter of fiscal 2026 last year." AceVector is scheduled to hold a conference to discuss its first- and second-quarter and first-half fiscal 2027 results on 27 October 2026 at 9:00 a.m. India time.

The move came in the session before the results conference scheduled for the following day. The company’s results combine growth in second-quarter operating revenue with a wider net loss year on year, though the loss narrowed from the first quarter. For the first half, consolidated revenue rose while the adjusted EBITDA loss increased from its year-earlier level. Management will present the results for both periods and its profitability outlook at the scheduled conference.
