4The company expected nine-month revenue to exceed revenue for the full fiscal 2025 year.

XTEND announced a preliminary estimate of revenue of $24.5 million to $26.5 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, and said the total would exceed revenue for the full fiscal 2025 year. The range includes $23 million to $24 million in AI robotics revenue and $1.5 million to $2.5 million in construction revenue. The company said the figures are preliminary, unaudited and unreviewed, and that final results may differ after it completes its financial close procedures. The figures update performance for the period ended in September; the statement did not report any share-price movement or link revenue to a recurring software model. The company also appointed Matt McGrew as chief executive of its U.S. business alongside the preliminary results.

The AI robotics segment accounted for most of the preliminary revenue, with XTEND estimating its contribution at $23 million to $24 million for the nine months through September 30. Construction revenue ranged from $1.5 million to $2.5 million and includes JFB’s results from its acquisition on September 3 through the end of the quarter on September 30. The construction figures therefore cover less than a month, while the robotics range reflects activity over the full nine months. XTEND said revenue for the nine-month period would exceed total revenue for fiscal 2025. The announcement did not state the value of 2025 revenue, giving only a comparison with the full fiscal year.

Alongside revenue, XTEND said the AI robotics segment’s order backlog was about $84 million on September 30, 2026. Founder and Chief Executive Avi Shapira said the company expects nine-month revenue to exceed the 2025 total, citing the order backlog of about $84 million. The figure offers another indicator of the volume of orders recorded in the segment at the end of September, alongside revenue generated during the period. In a concurrent operational development, the company appointed Matt McGrew as chief executive of XTEND’s U.S. business. He was tasked with leading sales, production and delivery in the U.S. market.

XTEND announced on October 13 an order worth $40.5 million to supply 6,000 STRIKER systems, after being selected among the top participants in the Close Quarters Battle track of the Gauntlet II program. The company said Gauntlet II winners move directly to Gauntlet III after fulfilling an initial production order for 400 systems. It added that performance in the third stage will determine whether it receives orders under that stage of the program. The company said participation in Gauntlet III does not guarantee those orders. These terms provide context for the announced STRIKER order and the later stages that the company linked to performance and execution.

XTEND expects to announce full third-quarter results on November 16, 2026. The nine-month and segment estimates remain subject to completion of financial close procedures, and final figures may differ from the preliminary estimates. The announcement date covers full third-quarter results, while the published preliminary revenue figures cover the nine months through September 30. The company said the current figures are unaudited and unreviewed. The forthcoming announcement is expected to provide final figures for the period after the close is completed.
