MEMSCAP said unaudited consolidated revenue reached 3.333 million euros in the third quarter of 2026, up 27.1% from 2.622 million euros in the corresponding period of 2025. Operating income rose to 498,000 euros from 151,000 euros, while its margin increased to 14.9% from 5.7%. The company said the increase in earnings during the quarter came entirely from improved operating performance. This shows the growing impact of revenue growth on operating profitability compared with the previous year. The company had reported quarterly revenue growth of 19.9% in the second quarter of 2026.

Quarterly growth came from all three of the company's segments, according to the results, with clear differences in expansion rates. Medical segment revenue rose to 534,000 euros from 297,000 euros, an 80.1% year-on-year increase. The company attributed the improvement in medical activity to a recovery in its applications for intravascular blood-pressure monitoring and monitoring patients during surgery.

The mix of operating results also improved on adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization. These earnings reached 552,000 euros, equivalent to 16.6% of revenue, compared with 346,000 euros and a 13.2% margin in the third quarter of 2025. The comparison shows successive improvement during the year, without the company attributing that improvement in the results to any particular segment.

The company said it recorded a negative financial result of 205,000 euros, linked to foreign-exchange effects. It said the improvement in earnings came entirely from operating performance, despite the negative impact of foreign exchange on the financial result. These factors highlight a divergence between the trend in core activity and the accounting impact of currencies during the period. The evidence did not include comparative third-quarter net income figures that would provide a year-on-year basis for this figure.

In the first nine months of 2026, revenue reached 10.272 million euros, up 17.2% from 8.766 million euros in the same period of 2025. Net income for the period reached 849,000 euros, compared with 539,000 euros a year earlier. This follows the company's statement in its first-half results announcement that net profit rose 53%. The results place third-quarter performance within the revenue and earnings growth trend recorded since the start of the year. Programs for motor control systems and fluidic systems also continue to progress on schedule, the company said, supported by long-term contractual commitments it described as medium-term growth drivers.

MEMSCAP said it entered the fourth quarter with confidence and reaffirmed the continuation of profitable growth for fiscal 2026. The company is scheduled to hold a video conference for shareholders and investors on 27 October 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Central European Time. The meeting is scheduled after the third-quarter results announcement, while the company's financial calendar lists 28 January 2027 as the date for the announcement of fourth-quarter 2026 revenue and results. Those results will be the next announced milestone for assessing revenue and financial performance during the year.
