4The company expects to publish full fiscal 2026 results in December 2026.

Citius Oncology said on October 26 that U.S. wholesalers purchased 792 units of LYMPHIR during the fiscal fourth quarter ended September 30, 2026, compared with 360 units in the third quarter ended June 30, an increase of 120% quarter over quarter. The company said the figures are preliminary and unaudited, and include unit sales to wholesalers and institutional vial orders. The comparison is significant because it measures the fourth quarter against the third quarter, not the same period a year earlier. The company also said prescription centers ordered 950 vials from wholesalers in the fourth quarter, compared with 926 vials in the third quarter. This distinguishes growth in distributor purchases from demand by institutions prescribing the treatment.

About 54 institutions had ordered LYMPHIR as of the date of the statement, compared with 44 institutions on August 14, 2026, according to Citius Oncology. The indicator reflects an expansion in the number of entities that have ordered the drug since the company's last disclosure, while remaining separate from the number of units purchased by wholesalers. Chief Executive Leonard Mazur said the expanded commercial team achieved national coverage in August. He added that the company was more than halfway toward its goal of getting LYMPHIR onto the formularies of 100 priority institutions by the end of calendar year 2026. The goal places expansion of institutional coverage among the company's commercial priorities for the remaining months of the year.

The company said revenue is recognized when wholesaler orders are fulfilled, while revenue is based on units sold to wholesalers after estimating gross-to-net price adjustments. Therefore, the 950-vial orders from prescription centers do not in themselves represent revenue for the company, nor do they necessarily equal the units purchased by distribution channels during the period. The distinction comes as Citius Oncology reported revenue of $1.5 million in the fiscal third quarter ended June 30, 2026. Revenue for the first nine months of the fiscal year was $7.1 million, compared with no revenue in the corresponding periods of the previous year. The company had attributed $3.9 million of revenue in the fiscal first quarter ended December 31, 2025, to LYMPHIR launch sales.

LYMPHIR received U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval on August 7, 2024, to treat adults with relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma in stages I to III after at least one prior systemic therapy. Citius Oncology announced its U.S. commercial launch on December 1, 2025, saying it was available through specialty distributors nationwide. In a commercial update in March 2026, the company said 83% of targeted accounts had added the drug to their formularies or were tracking its addition through a formulary review. It also said about 135 health plans, representing nearly 80% of insured lives, provided market coverage for the product. These details provide context for the institutional demand figures the company cited in its latest statement.

The company said its pivotal study showed an objective response rate of 36.2%, and that 84% of evaluable patients experienced a reduction in skin tumor burden. It also said the median time to response in the Phase 3 trial was 1.4 months, and quoted Mazur as saying physicians had started treating patients with LYMPHIR since early 2026. The unit figures reported in October remain preliminary estimates based on management's estimates and are subject to completion of the fiscal year-end closing procedures and review of the fiscal 2026 financial statements. The company said its independent auditor had neither audited nor reviewed these figures. Full results for the fourth quarter and fiscal 2026 are scheduled for publication in December, alongside the filing of the annual report.
