The transfer follows regulatory clearance from Ghana's Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, enabling Huayou to assume offtake rights and provide necessary capital for project development. Regarding market performance, ELVR closed at $23.53 on October 23, 2026, after reaching a day high of $24.1 and a low of $23.11.
