Indutrade said on 23 October 2026 that third-quarter revenue reached SEK 8,871 million, up 13% year on year from SEK 7,846 million and in line with FactSet estimates. EBITA was about SEK 1,358 million, above expectations of SEK 1,345 million. The EBITA margin rose to 15.3% from 14.6% in the same period last year. The results reflected improved profitability alongside growth in revenue and orders. Chief Executive Bo Annvik said the improvement in profitability was driven mainly by organic sales growth and positive effects from acquisitions.

Sales performance followed a weaker comparative period: in the third quarter of 2025, sales fell 2% to SEK 7,846 million, while EBITA declined 3% to SEK 1,143 million, with a margin of 14.6%. In the current quarter, net profit was SEK 804 million, up 19% year on year. Earnings per share rose to SEK 2.21, compared with SEK 1.85 a year earlier. These figures show improved profitability and margins compared with the same period, alongside revenue growth.

Orders grew faster than revenue, rising 16% to SEK 8,991 million, compared with SEK 7,735 million in the third quarter of 2025. Orders in like-for-like units, which exclude the effect of changes in the group’s scope, increased 6%. Order growth adds an indicator of demand at the group alongside higher sales during the quarter. Operating cash flow was SEK 1,216 million, compared with SEK 1,016 million in the same period. The increase in cash flow came alongside growth in earnings and orders.

As part of its expansion through acquisitions, Indutrade completed the purchase of all shares in German company Schraner on 22 October. Schraner specialises in fire protection equipment and sensors, and will join the group’s infrastructure and construction business area. It has annual sales of about SEK 90 million and 35 employees. The company is based in Erlangen, and its sales are concentrated mainly in the German market. Annvik said positive effects from acquisitions, alongside organic sales growth, contributed to improved profitability during the quarter.

Indutrade has more than 225 companies in about 30 countries, most of them in Europe, and reported net sales of SEK 32.2 billion in 2025. The network places the Schraner acquisition within a group operating across specialised companies and multiple sectors, while the German company’s estimated annual sales remain far smaller than the group’s. The current quarter’s results compare with the third quarter of 2025, when sales, EBITA and margins declined. In the third quarter of 2026, revenue matched expectations and EBITA exceeded analyst estimates.

Indutrade said a strong order book and continued high acquisition pace provide good conditions for the coming quarters, while uncertainty about the economic situation remains. Orders in the third quarter were SEK 8,991 million, while orders in like-for-like units grew 6%, highlighting demand performance during the period. The company is scheduled to publish its 2026 year-end report on 27 January 2027 at 07:30 Central European Time. The report will be the company’s next announced date for publishing results. It follows the third-quarter results announcement and the completion of the Schraner acquisition on 22 October.
