Key Facts
Click Holdings reported on October 22, 2026, net income attributable to shareholders of HK$14.59 million for the financial year ended June 30, compared with a net loss of $7.93 million in fiscal 2025. The results showed the company turning to operating income of $0.83 million, after an operating loss of $8.5 million in the previous year. Chief Executive Chan Chun Sing said fiscal 2026 was a record year for the group, with revenue, service hours, gross profit and net income reaching unprecedented levels. He added that the company’s segments each posted their highest revenue. The CEO’s letter to shareholders was published on October 23, one day after the annual results announcement.
Gross profit rose to HK$21.6 million, up 68.9% year on year, while the gross margin improved to 16.0% from 15.3% in fiscal 2025. At the same time, operating expenses fell to $20.8 million from $21.3 million. The combination of higher gross profit and lower expenses reflects the shift in operating results from a loss to a profit during the year. Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK$1.88, compared with a loss of $12.55 per share in the previous year. The turnaround therefore extended from net results to operating performance and earnings per share.
Nursing was the group’s largest segment by revenue, generating HK$56.8 million, up 62.6% from the previous year, and accounting for 42% of total revenue. The company attributed the segment’s growth to an increase in client numbers, while nursing services totaled about 465,440 hours during the financial year. Nursing and logistics services together recorded about 942,000 service hours, compared with about 677,000 in the previous year. The chief executive said service hours, along with revenue, gross profit and net income, reached record levels in fiscal 2026. Growth in nursing hours shows that the volume of services delivered expanded alongside segment revenue.
The logistics and others segment recorded revenue of HK$42.4 million, up 35.5% year on year. Service hours in the segment increased to 476,644 from 354,806 in the previous financial year. Revenue from professional services rose to HK$36.0 million, a gain of 108.2%, more than doubling. The company said a significant contribution to the increase came from new clients through acquired subsidiaries. The group’s revenue was thus spread across three segments, each of which recorded its highest revenue for the year, according to the chief executive.
In the market, the company’s shares, CLIK, closed at $1.29 on October 22, 2026, compared with a close of $1.11 on October 16.
