Bloom Energy raised its 2026 revenue forecast to a range of $4.4 billion to $4.6 billion as third-quarter revenue and earnings beat estimates, according to MT Newswires via MarketScreener. The company's quarterly revenue reached $1.24 billion. FactSet estimates had pointed to revenue of $1.07 billion for the same period. Adjusted earnings per share were $0.94, compared with FactSet expectations of $0.69. The results were announced on October 22, after the company had also raised its annual guidance when reporting second-quarter results.

Bloom's annual revenue range announced with its second-quarter results was $3.9 billion to $4.2 billion, according to the company's statement for that period. The new range compares with FactSet estimates for 2026 revenue of $4.12 billion, according to MT Newswires. The company also raised its annual adjusted earnings per share forecast to between $3.10 and $3.40. Its previous guidance for that measure ranged from $2.55 to $2.85 per share. FactSet estimates for annual adjusted earnings per share stood at $2.71, below the company's new projected range.

The results follow revenue expansion in previous periods, with Bloom reporting second-quarter 2026 revenue of $1,065.4 million, according to its financial statement. The company compared that total with revenue of $401.2 million in the second quarter of 2025, marking year-on-year growth of 165.5%. For the corresponding period of the current results, third-quarter 2025 revenue was $519.0 million. That revenue was itself 57.1% higher than the $330.4 million recorded in the third quarter of 2024, according to Bloom's statement for that period. Chief Executive KR Sridhar said in the July earnings statement that "demand for Bloom Energy's solutions continues to accelerate each quarter."

Against the backdrop of demand for its systems, Bloom announced in April 2026 an expansion of its partnership with Oracle through a master agreement allowing purchases of up to 2.8 gigawatts of fuel cell systems. Bloom said Oracle had contracted for an initial 1.2 gigawatts under the agreement. It added when announcing the expansion that deployment of that capacity was underway. In June, Brookfield expanded the energy project financing framework under its partnership with Bloom from $5 billion to $25 billion, according to Bloom's announcement of the agreement. The companies attributed the expansion to "strong and sustained demand from hyperscalers and AI infrastructure developers." Brookfield linked the allocation of significant capital to project opportunities to securing appropriate commercial arrangements. It said in its second-quarter results statement: "We will only commit significant capital once appropriate commercial arrangements have been secured and our risk-adjusted return targets have been met."
