BeFra announced a cash dividend totaling 250,000,000 Mexican pesos after shareholders approved it at their meeting on October 16, 2026, according to an official company statement. The distribution amounts to about $0.3424 per share before applicable tax withholdings, as the group continues returning cash to shareholders. The approximate net distribution after those withholdings is $0.3082 per share, according to the amount specified in the company's announcement. The decision follows quarterly results showing higher revenue, net income and free cash flow compared with the same period a year earlier. The group said in its earnings statement that the upcoming distribution marks its 27th consecutive quarter of dividend payments since its initial public offering.

The group kept the total distribution in Mexican currency unchanged from the previous dividend announced in July 2026, which also totaled 250,000,000 pesos. However, the approximate dollar payout per share was lower than the level specified in the previous announcement, both before and after tax withholdings. At the time, the company set the distribution at about $0.3613 per share before taxes, according to the previous dividend statement. It put the approximate amount after applicable tax withholdings at $0.3252 per share in the same announcement. These announcements are issued under the BeFra brand, while the listed legal entity remains "Betterware de México," according to the company's investor FAQ page.

Group revenue in the third quarter of 2026 totaled about 4,832,313 thousand pesos, compared with 3,377,299 thousand pesos in the third quarter of 2025, an increase of 43.1% year on year, according to the earnings statement. The company attributed revenue growth to Tupperware's first full-quarter contribution to the group's operations, saying the performance reflected "Tupperware's first full-quarter contribution." Net income rose over the same period to 390,300 thousand pesos from 314,205 thousand pesos a year earlier. Annual net income growth was 24.2%, below the rate of revenue growth recorded during the quarter. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization also rose to 1,008,375 thousand pesos from 722,149 thousand pesos in the comparable period. According to the company, this earnings measure increased 39.6% year on year in the third quarter.

Tupperware's contribution follows the group's purchase of its Latin American operations for $250 million, according to the acquisition closing disclosure filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The disclosure valued the transaction on a debt-free, cash-free basis. The consideration included $215 million in cash financed with debt, alongside $35 million in newly issued BeFra shares. The group operates in Mexico, Brazil and the United States, according to the description in the official dividend announcement. Its expanding presence also extends across Latin America through its direct-selling platforms, the region covered by the acquisition of Tupperware's operations.

On liquidity, the group reported free cash flow of 1,059,215 thousand pesos in the third quarter of 2026, according to its quarterly earnings statement. The comparable figure for the same period of 2025 was about 553,573 thousand pesos. That brought the annual increase to 91.3%, exceeding the reported growth rates for revenue, net income and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization. On a combined basis including Tupperware, the net debt-to-earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization ratio stood at 1.65 times at the end of the third quarter. The ratio declined from 1.68 times in the second quarter of 2026, according to the quarterly comparison provided by the group.

For full-year 2026, BeFra raised its revenue growth forecast to a range of 24.0% to 26.0%, according to its third-quarter earnings statement. The group also expects a full-year earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization margin of 19%. Eligibility for the announced dividend is tied to the shareholder record date of November 5, 2026, according to the schedule announced by the company. That date determines the shareholders of record entitled to the cash dividend, with payment to follow later in the same month. The dividend is scheduled to be paid on November 19, 2026.
