Enova reported revenue of $1.01 billion in the third quarter of 2026, up 26% from $803 million in the same period a year earlier, according to the company’s results. Citizens raised its price target on the stock to $220 from $215 on October 23, while maintaining its “Market Outperform” rating. The target increase incorporates improved activity into valuation considerations, while the rating remains unchanged. The company reported adjusted EPS of $4.48, while diluted EPS under U.S. GAAP was $4.06. The figures reflect different measures of profitability, so $4.48 is not the company’s EPS under those accounting standards.

Net income rose to $107 million from $80 million in the third quarter of 2025, according to the company’s statement. Diluted EPS was $4.06, compared with $3.03 a year earlier, marking annual growth of 34%. That puts earnings growth above revenue growth of 26% over the same period. The net revenue margin also rose to 61% from 57% a year earlier. At the same time, the consolidated net charge-off ratio fell to 8.1% from 8.5%, and the company said credit performance remained strong.

In after-hours trading on October 22, the stock rose 1.26% to $179, according to data cited by Investing.com. The stock had closed the regular session down 1.82% at $176.78. These prices show the difference in the stock’s movement during the regular session and after the earnings announcement. Citizens also raised its 2027 adjusted EPS estimate to $22.03 from $21.47. The firm said its estimate assumes more active share repurchases.

Enova said total liquidity was $1.3 billion as of September 30, including cash, marketable securities and available capacity under facilities. During the third quarter, the company repurchased $46 million of common stock. It entered the fourth quarter with $252 million in available share repurchase capacity, according to its statement. On the earnings call, the CEO said the tangible capital position was “pretty good” and that the company had room to reduce it slightly. He added that the company continued to repurchase shares opportunistically to support their value.

For the fourth quarter of 2026, management expects revenue to increase about 25% year over year. It also said its outlook implies adjusted EPS growth of between 30% and 35% compared with the fourth quarter of 2025. Management also pointed to continued share repurchases. The CEO, meanwhile, noted that ongoing concerns about inflation and their potential effects on future interest rates and economic growth could affect the operating environment. These expectations put revenue and earnings growth, operating conditions and share repurchases among the company’s main comments on the period ahead.
