Blackstone Infrastructure Strategies Fund sold about $315.7 million in unregistered partnership units in recent offerings while announcing distributions to unitholders, according to Investing.com. Unit sales by the program's feeder fund raised about $96.7 million, according to coverage of sales by the two entities. In separate coverage, the website reported combined proceeds of $412.5 million from unit sales by the main fund and the feeder fund. The feeder fund invests all or substantially all of its assets indirectly in the U.S. fund, according to its filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The feeder fund's investments thus flow into the U.S. fund within the program's investment structure. The announced sales involve partnership units in these two entities, neither of which has securities listed on a public exchange, according to Investing.com. Neither has a stock exchange ticker symbol, the website said.

At the end of September 2026, total net asset value shown on Blackstone Infrastructure Strategies Fund's official website stood at $6.7 billion. Net asset value per Class I unit was $31.41 at the end of the same month, according to the historical record published on the fund's website. That compares with net asset value of $30.78 per unit for the same class in August 2026. In the historical distribution record for this class, the website shows a rounded distribution of $0.23 per unit for September, compared with $0.22 for June. The fund presents these distributions by record date, while per-unit net asset value appears in the monthly net asset value record.

The program began investment operations on January 2, 2025, according to Blackstone Infrastructure Strategies Fund's quarterly report filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. As part of the program's broader strategy, Blackstone said in the launch statement for its Luxembourg infrastructure fund that its investments include digital infrastructure, energy and transportation. The fund's launch is linked to expanding access to the firm's private infrastructure investments for eligible investors in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Rashmi Madan, Blackstone's head of private wealth in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, said in the launch statement: "We are expanding access to Blackstone's institutional-quality private infrastructure investments." She added that the expansion targets "eligible investors across Europe, the Middle East and Asia."

The current distributions announced for partnership unitholders range from $0.2266 to $0.2289 per unit on a gross basis across classes, according to Investing.com. By comparison, the previous distribution for the feeder fund's Class I–Series I unit was about $0.2173 for the end-June 2026 record date, according to that fund's quarterly report filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
