Sidetrade revenue rises 22% in third quarter as subscription bookings jump 348%
Key Facts
Sidetrade reported a 22% year-on-year rise in revenue for the third quarter of 2026 to 18.4 million euros, driven primarily by the contribution from ezyCollect. In its disclosure published on October 20, 2026, the company said revenue in the corresponding period of 2025 was 15.1 million euros. Growth in the group's business was accompanied by an increase in subscription revenue to 16.4 million euros during the quarter, according to the results table published by the company. Subscription revenue in the third quarter of the previous year was 13.2 million euros, representing a year-on-year increase of 24%. Subscription growth thus outpaced overall group revenue growth in the same period, while subscriptions accounted for 89% of total revenue.
ezyCollect contributed 2.5 million euros to third-quarter revenue, and Sidetrade described the addition of the business as a key driver of reported growth during the period. Excluding ezyCollect, organic revenue growth reached 6% in the third quarter of the current year, according to the company's disclosure. That compared with organic growth of 4% in the second quarter of 2026, marking an acceleration from the previous quarter. On contracts, new annual recurring subscription bookings rose to 2.60 million euros in the third quarter, according to the published figures. These bookings stood at 0.58 million euros in the corresponding period of 2025, representing a year-on-year increase of 348%.
Sidetrade described new subscription bookings in the third quarter as the second-highest quarterly total in the company's history, reflecting the commercial momentum outlined in its disclosure. Over the first nine months of 2026, cumulative new annual recurring subscription bookings reached 7.76 million euros. The company said this total had already surpassed its annual record for new subscription bookings set in 2024. In its breakdown of third-quarter demand, AI-based products accounted for 30% of the value of new annual subscription bookings. It also announced the sale of 32 new "Aimie" cash collection agents during the same quarter as part of its AI-based product sales.
Contract activity extended to the company's markets outside France, which accounted for 76% of bookings during the third quarter, according to the geographical breakdown announced by Sidetrade. North America alone accounted for 54% of bookings in the same period, giving it the largest geographical share of new business. On contract duration, the average initial commitment for new contracts was 56.2 months, excluding contract renewals. The total value of subscription contracts signed during the quarter reached 10.4 million euros, calculated over their initial terms. The company linked these longer contractual commitments to improved visibility over future revenue in its presentation of new contract activity during the period.
Sales of AI-based products fall under Sidetrade's strategic plan, announced under the name "Order-to-Cash Intelligence 2030". In outlining the plan's technical infrastructure, the company said its specialised models run on graphics processing units it owns within its private cloud. It described the models as running "on Sidetrade's own graphics processing units within its private cloud", according to the strategic announcement. On the financial side, the plan targets an earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation margin of between 30% and 35%. The company set the end of 2030 as the deadline for this target, as part of the financial trajectory established for the strategic plan and its AI-related business.
On the conversion of contracts into revenue, Sidetrade expects the contribution from new contracts to begin ramping up from 2027, according to its third-quarter results disclosure. This outlook concerns expected revenue from signed contracts, as part of the company's presentation of developments in its subscription business and customer commitments over the initial contract term. Sidetrade is listed on Euronext Growth Paris, according to the information the company publishes for investors about its shares and financial disclosures. The next financial announcement listed on its calendar concerns revenue for the full 2026 financial year, following the current announcement of third-quarter results. The company set January 26, 2027, after the stock market close, as the date for publishing annual revenue, according to the calendar on its investor relations page.
