Quad's board approved a quarterly cash dividend on common stock of $0.10 a share, according to a company statement issued in October 2026. The decision follows an earlier dividend increase and comes ahead of the company's third-quarter and year-to-date results. At this rate, the dividend amounts to $0.40 a share on an annualized basis, according to the annual equivalent the company cited in its dividend increase announcement. Quad said in that announcement that its board approved a "33% increase" in the quarterly dividend in February 2026. Before that increase, the dividend was $0.075 a share, compared with the amount the board approved in its latest announcement.

Quad's board reinstated quarterly dividends on February 15, 2024, according to the company's filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. During the first quarter of 2026, the company returned a total of $7 million to shareholders, according to its earnings statement for the period. These payments included $6 million in regular cash dividends, with part of the funds also used for share repurchases. The company allocated $1 million to repurchasing its shares, within the total it reported returning to shareholders for the first quarter. Payments during that period thus combined cash dividends and share repurchases, within the dividend program the board had resumed and subsequently increased.

On the operating side, Quad reported net sales of $578 million in the second quarter of 2026, compared with $572 million in the same period of 2025. The company provides marketing and printing services, combining creative solutions, production and media across digital and traditional channels, according to its description of its business. Explaining the growth in product sales during the second quarter, Quad cited higher paper sales as a contributor in its regulatory filing. Higher net sales of logistics services contributed to growth in service sales during the same period, according to the filing with the U.S. regulator. The sales improvement thus included contributions from paper and logistics within the company's combined product and service operations.

Quad's guidance for 2026 included an adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization range of $175 million to $215 million. The company provided this range in its fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 earnings statement as part of its financial estimates for the following year. On the cash side of the same annual guidance, the company forecast free cash flow of $40 million to $60 million. It also set a capital expenditure range for 2026 of $55 million to $65 million, according to the same statement. These estimates follow free cash flow of $51 million in fiscal 2025, compared with $56 million in fiscal 2024.

In stock trading, QUAD closed at $9.56 in the October 20, 2026 session, according to the platform's closing-price data. On upcoming payments, Quad set December 4, 2026 as the payment date for the cash dividend approved by its board. The payment covers shareholders of record on November 17, 2026, according to the date specified in the dividend announcement. The company said payment would be made "to shareholders of record as of November 17, 2026," defining eligibility for the announced dividend. The November record date and subsequent December payment follow the release and discussion of the company's upcoming financial results in October.

Ahead of the dividend dates, Quad plans to announce its third-quarter 2026 and year-to-date results after the close of regular trading on October 28, 2026. According to the company's earnings schedule announcement, the upcoming financial release will cover both quarterly and year-to-date performance. The company will then hold its webcast and conference call to discuss those results the following day, October 29, 2026, according to the announced schedule. Quad set 8:30 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time as the start time for the webcast and call covering the period's results. The company's schedule thus separates the release of results after the market close from their discussion the following morning, ahead of the record date for shareholders eligible for the dividend.
