House of Doge Separates Software Unit to Focus on ETFs and Tokenized Investments

Key Facts

2The company will receive a strategic equity stake and a new long-term license with the Dogecoin Foundation.

House of Doge will separate its software development activities from its business in exchange-traded products (ETPs) and tokenized investments. Benzinga reported that this strategic shift follows the company entering into definitive agreements to contribute its technical operations to a new entity, Dogecoin Labs, in exchange for a strategic equity stake and a long-term licensing deal.

Led by Jordan Jefferson, the new entity will manage payment applications while HODO closed at $0.0794 on October 20, 2026, having traded within a daily range of $0.0695 to $0.0817.
