1inch Makes More Than 450 Ondo Tokenized Assets Available on Solana
Key Facts
1inch has enabled swaps for more than 450 tokenized assets from Ondo's product range on Solana, according to the platform's October 2026 announcement, expanding access through its infrastructure to products linked to U.S. stocks and exchange-traded funds. The platform said Solana became the first network not compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine to offer access to these products through 1inch. Tokka Labs executes swap orders as an independent execution provider, according to the announcement. Ondo launched its products on Solana in January 2026, with a lineup of more than 200 tokenized U.S. stocks and exchange-traded funds. The latest announcement thus adds a swap channel through 1inch for products previously launched on the network.
The expansion builds on an integration between 1inch and Ondo announced in September 2025, which included trading Ondo's tokenized assets through the platform's aggregation infrastructure. On a page updated in August 2026, 1inch said that trading volume had exceeded $5.4 billion since the integration was announced. Across Ondo's platform, the company announced in May 2026 that cumulative trading volume had reached $18 billion in less than 8 months. In the same announcement, it said its market share exceeded 70% as trading volume reached that level. These figures reflect activity reported by the companies before the current lineup became available through 1inch on Solana in October.
Ondo's documentation defines the products as tokens that give investors economic exposure to a reference asset, with rights that differ from those associated with directly owning the underlying securities. The company says in its product description: "Designed to give you economic exposure to the underlying asset, rather than direct ownership of it." Token holders do not receive the voting rights held by shareholders of the company to which the asset is linked, according to the same documentation. Dividends are automatically reinvested in the reference stock, rather than separated from the tokenized product's pricing mechanism. This reinvestment is reflected in the token's price, according to Ondo's corporate actions documentation, which explains how distributions are handled within the product.
On liquidity, Ondo says its product model links token minting and redemption to liquidity in traditional financial markets, including Nasdaq and the New York Stock Exchange. The company describes the mechanism as enabling instant minting and redemption at low cost, drawing directly on the deeper liquidity in those markets. Liquidity provision therefore relies on the ability to issue and redeem tokens, rather than being limited to pre-funded liquidity pools for trading them. For approved institutions, Ondo also allows in-kind conversions by delivering existing shares to mint corresponding tokens, according to the company's announcement of the mechanism. The process also works in reverse, allowing approved institutions to redeem tokens and receive the underlying shares in return.
Ondo announced in June 2026 the launch of round-the-clock instant minting and redemption for an initial group of tokenized assets. That group included SPYon, QQQon, CRCLon, NVDAon, TSLAon and GOOGLon, according to the company's announcement of the service. Swaps of Ondo's tokenized securities had previously become available within Ledger's wallet using 1inch's intent-based infrastructure, with verification through Ledger hardware signing. Ondo then added a distribution channel through the NEAR platform in September 2026, starting with a lineup of 20 assets. The initial lineup there included U.S. stocks, exchange-traded funds and commodity-linked products that users could access directly from their accounts.
Access to Ondo's products is subject to geographic eligibility restrictions set out in the company's documentation, including bans on a number of jurisdictions. The prohibited list includes Libya, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan and Syria, restrictions that accompany the products' availability through trading channels. On product structure, Ondo says it is designed to shield assets from the bankruptcy risks of related entities. This includes independent daily verification of reserves by a third party, according to the company's description of its product structure. These arrangements form part of the structure Ondo presents for its tokenized products, alongside economic exposure rights and minting and redemption mechanisms.
Under ongoing disclosure commitments, Ondo's documentation provides for daily updates on the holdings linked to its tokenized products. The updates also include the product's net asset value, according to trust and transparency documentation setting out what the company will publish for investors. The documentation also provides for an independent annual audit of financial statements, alongside daily reserve verification. An independent audit firm conducts the annual audit, according to the commitment in Ondo's documentation on financial statement reviews. The company says the audit results will be made available to investors as part of periodic disclosures associated with its products.
