Volex Expects Annual Profit at Upper End Following Record H1 Revenue
Key Facts
Volex expects its annual operating profit to reach the upper end of market forecasts following a 21% organic revenue growth. Proactive Investors reported that first-half revenue for the period ending September 30 reached at least $710 million, representing record sales for the company.
The acquisition of Kepler SignalTek in July contributed $11 million to the positive performance, while the balance sheet remained strong with covenant leverage expected at no more than 1.2 times at the end of September. Chief executive Nat Rothschild described trading during the first half as excellent, supported by improved operating margins and operational efficiencies.
Volex is scheduled to publish its full half-year results on November 12, 2026, as the company expects to complete the consolidation of its US manufacturing sites by the end of the financial year.
