GlobeNewswire reported that the transaction aims to integrate Dot Ai's asset-intelligence technology into the shared mobility sector and expand its presence in residential and hospitality electric vehicle services.

DAIC closed at $2.39 on October 9, 2026, prior to the announcement of the finalized deal which adds revenue-generating EV infrastructure assets to the company's portfolio. The acquisition is expected to support the expansion of Envoy’s carsharing business into new campus and international markets by leveraging Dot Ai's specialized technology.
