Reuters reported that the purchase was finalized as an all-cash transaction for $1.1 billion, aimed at enhancing TTM's strategic position in mission-critical electronic warfare and radiation-tolerant space compute solutions.

TTMI closed at $122.8 on September 29, 2026, prior to the finalization of the deal which was funded through senior secured term loans and senior notes due 2034. The company expects the newly acquired Epiq business to be immediately accretive to its adjusted EBITDA.
