The stake was sold to funds of ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC, while Invenergy will retain its ownership in the assets.

DBRG closed at $16 on September 29, 2026, prior to the finalization of this divestiture which represents a full exit from a large-scale diversified power infrastructure portfolio. The transaction is expected to provide liquidity and clarify the asset structure for DigitalBridge, as the stock traded between a low of $15.99 and a high of $16 on September 29, 2026.
