ROC Secures $64.3M US Department of Justice Contract

Rank One Computing was awarded an eight-year contract with the U.S. Department of Justice valued at $64.3 million. GlobeNewswire reported that the agreement includes a committed one-year base period worth approximately $7 million, under which the ROC Evidence platform will support the DOJ’s Digital Evidence Review Platform (DERP) for federal prosecutions.

ROC closed at $4.05 on September 25, 2026, prior to the announcement of this contract which follows the company's recent acquisition of ZTC. According to a company statement, the win establishes a strategic beachhead for its biometric and video analytics technologies within the federal market, building on its previous award for an automated biometric identification system (ABIS).
