The amendments cover Confidential MPT using elliptic-curve encryption and zero-knowledge proofs, Sponsored Fees and Reserves allowing banks to cover user fees, and Permission Delegation for limited transaction rights without surrendering signing keys.
The software is slated to launch next week, with features becoming active only after XRPL validator approval, potentially expanding the ledger's utility for payments, trading and settlement.
