Sign InWith rising demand for institutional blockchain solutions, the XRP Ledger is preparing the xrpld 3.3.0 upgrade that includes five proposed amendments for privacy, sponsored fees and institutional features according to reports.
The amendments cover Confidential MPT using elliptic-curve encryption and zero-knowledge proofs, Sponsored Fees and Reserves allowing banks to cover user fees, and Permission Delegation for limited transaction rights without surrendering signing keys.
The software is slated to launch next week, with features becoming active only after XRPL validator approval, potentially expanding the ledger's utility for payments, trading and settlement.
