Across Ventures and SBI Holdings Partner to Launch $100 Million Fund-of-Funds

Across Ventures has announced a strategic alliance with SBI Holdings to launch the Across Ventures Fund I, L.P. The new fund targets a total capital raise of approximately $100 million, equivalent to roughly 16 billion Japanese yen. Operating as a Fund-of-Funds, the initiative will focus on micro-VC firms in the United States to bridge them with Japanese corporate enterprises. This strategic bridge aims to connect cutting-edge technological innovation from Silicon Valley with Japanese companies seeking investment and partnership opportunities. The collaboration is expected to strengthen SBI Holdings' position within the global venture capital ecosystem while facilitating cross-border capital flows. Led by Managing Partner Emi Yoshikawa, the fund represents a significant step in linking U.S. startup innovation with Japanese industrial demand.
