Québec Innovative Materials Corp. (QIMC) has announced the transition of its New Salem exploration program to a more intensive phase of field operations. The company is moving toward densified sampling and targeted geophysical surveys within the Cumberland Basin in Nova Scotia, Canada. This strategic move follows internal geochemical analysis which confirmed significant soil-gas anomalies, including methane, C2-C4 hydrocarbons, and helium. These findings have validated the continuity of the anomalies, necessitating a more detailed interpretation of the subsurface.
