ASUR Reports Marginal 0.6% Increase in March 2026 Passenger Traffic

Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste (ASUR) announced its passenger traffic results for March 2026, showing a slight year-on-year increase of 0.6%. Total passenger volume reached 6.6 million across its operations in Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Colombia. The group's performance was bolstered by a significant 12.5% surge in Colombian traffic, which helped offset declines in other regions. Conversely, Mexico and Puerto Rico experienced contractions of 2.4% and 2.3%, respectively, during the same period. These results highlight a regional divergence within the group's portfolio, where strong growth in South America compensated for softer demand in North American hubs.
