Academy Sports and Outdoors (ASO) has seen its stock rating downgraded to "Hold" following concerns over weakening consumer demand and declining foot traffic. While net sales for the fourth quarter of 2025 rose by 2.5% to reach $1.7 billion, underlying operational metrics revealed significant challenges.
