Diamyd Medical Secures $125M Financing and Completes Phase 3 Trial Enrollment

Diamyd Medical has entered into equity financing agreements with specialized U.S. investors for a total of up to $125 million. The financing deal coincides with the company's announcement of full enrollment in its pivotal Phase 3 clinical trial, DIAGNODE-3. To facilitate the arrangement, the Board of Directors has approved a directed issue of 17,226,500 new shares. The capital injection is earmarked to support the company’s ongoing clinical development and operational activities.
