Binance has officially returned to the tokenized stock market through a strategic partnership with Ondo Finance in the United Arab Emirates. The collaboration introduces 10 tokenized assets accessible via both the Binance Alpha platform and Binance Wallet, including major shares such as Apple, Nvidia, Tesla, Alphabet, and the Invesco QQQ ETF. This relaunch marks Binance's first foray back into the sector in nearly five years, following a previous shutdown due to regulatory pressure. Following the announcement, the ONDO token price saw an immediate surge to an intraday high of $0.2537 before retracing to approximately $0.2473. The partnership leverages Ondo Finance’s significant market presence, which has accumulated over $550 million in Total Value Locked (TVL) since its inception. This move underscores Binance's strategy to expand into the Real-World Assets (RWA) sector, bridging traditional finance with blockchain technology.
