Rare China LNG Cargo Heads to Europe Amid Record Demand

A liquefied natural gas (LNG) tanker is en route from China to Europe, marking a rare occurrence not seen in four years, underscoring Europe's persistent energy demand. The vessel, Seapeak Glasgow, loaded the LNG at China's Zhejiang Ningbo terminal. This shipment comes as European LNG imports are running at record highs, driven by a seasonal peak in demand.
